My Values

Part of what makes us unique are our values, what is important to us, what we are prepared to take a stand on. We feel stressed or angry when we make choices that are not in line with our values because we know that we are not really ‘doing the right thing’ for us. Articulating our values helps us make choices that are right for us.
INSTRUCTIONS
Drag and drop each one of the values to one of the 4 columns, according to how important each value is for you. Don't overthink, go with your instincts. There are no right or wrong answers, just what's right for you.
There is no limit on how many cards you can place in any one column. However try to place some values in each column – this will help you to decide what really is most and least important to you.
